He was predeceased by: his parents, Runo Heikkinen and Mabel Heikkinen; his son Duane Jr.; and his sister-in-law Arlene Boone. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Johnson; his children, Laura Burke (Chris), Benjamin Lawonn (Michaela) and Eric Lawonn (Holly); and his brothers, Michael (Jean) and Steven. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
