She is survived by: her children, Jean Osmanski (Keith), Marie Ise (Jack), Bette Thiel (Mark), John (Yvonne) and Rick Ondrejicka (Ann); and her caregivers, Natty, Tina and Amy. She is also survived by 10 loving grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
