She was predeceased by: her parents, Boleslaw "Bill" and Aniela Dziuba; her husband Robert "Bob" Adamski; her daughter Diana Beznowski; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Eleanor Adamski; her siblings, Zeno Dziuba, Wacka "Betty" Kawka (Joe), Emily Brzyski (Tom) and Wanda Kostro (Ted); and her sister-in-law Elaine Meyers.
She is survived by: her son George Adamski (Ruth); her granddaughters, Stephanie Adamski and Nicole Eichler (Trevor); her great grandchild Emerson; and her sisters-in-law, Christine Dziuba and Joyce Steingreaber. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
