He is survived by: his children, Mike Slivensky (Roberta), Lynne Hernet and Ann Hanna; his grandchildren, Diana Slivensky (Joe), Devan Hanna (Tim), Susanne Slivensky, Zachary Hernet, Kate Hanna (Zac) and Lauren Hanna; and his great grandchildren, Cal Ryan and Robbie Slivensky.
