He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly. He is survived by: his children, Mike Slivensky (Roberta), Lynne Hernet and Ann Hanna; his grandchildren, Diana Slivensky (Joe), Devan Hanna (Tim), Susanne Slivensky, Zachary Hernet, Kate Hanna (Zac) and Lauren Hanna; and his great grandchildren, Cal Ryan and Robbie Slivensky.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Queen of Apostles Catholic Church (N35W23360 Capitol Dr, Pewaukee, WI 53072). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
