He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, JD Frank (Taylor), Sam Frank and Jordyn Amato (Michael); his grandson George Frank; his brother Tom Frank (Judy); his parents-in-law, Carol and Edwin Ullrich; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Stenzel and Mark Stenzel; and his nieces and nephews, Lauren and Cole Stenzel.
