It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hortencia Herrera (Pewaukee, Wisconsin), born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Morales and Maria Morales; her siblings, Antonio (Lucy), Ricardo Morales (Ramona) and Beatrice Garcia (Ismael); her sister-in-law Belen Morales; and her nephew Rolando Garcia.
She is survived by: her husband Gilberto Herrera; her children, Gilbert Herrera (Mimi), Esmey Kosier (Warren), Isabel Jones (Tom), Henry Herrera-Stokes (Richard), Michael Herrera (Christine), Robert Herrera, Patti Race (David) and Christina Herrera (John Hagemann); her grandchildren, Jason Herrera, Michael Haase (Jamie), Nichole Smargiassi (James), Melissa Rodriguez, Robert Herrera Jr., Jessica Krzyston (Troy), Tony Rodriguez, Gabrielle Mauch (William), Valeria Herrera, Amber Hock (Ricky), Olivia Herrera (Ethan Hooker), Ashley Amaro, Alessandra, Daniela Herrera, Nick Wolf (Emilee Fondaw), Antonio, Julianna Herrera, Emma, George Wolf and Diamond Herrera; her brother Robert Morales; and her sister-in-law Carmen Morales. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
