He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Micheal (Dawn) of Waukesha, Mark (Linda Martin) of Sullivan and Ed (Kim) of Whitewater; his grandchildren, Amanda, Colten, Jesse, Michael, Daniel and Clayton; his great grandchildren, Jaxyn and Breadyn; and his sisters, Teri Juarez, Diane Martinez and Norma Tuyls (Dale). He is also survived by sister-in-law, brother-in-law, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
