She was predeceased by: her son Edward Roth; her parents, Phillip and Tharsilla; her siblings, Joseph, Phillip (Phila), Robert (Judy), Henry Foltz and Mary Houk (Arthur); and her sister-in-law Diane Foltz.

She is survived by: her daughter Mary Hook (Steve); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Hook (Serena Clardie), Jaime Hook (Adam Lester) and Michael Hook (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Maxwell, Ethan Clardie Hook, Oliver and Anna Lester; and her brothers, Ralph Foltz (Janet) and Jerome Foltz (Bert). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, her "work sons", and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Goodwill or the American Lung Association (support research) are appreciated.
