He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Welch and Constance Welch; his brother Dale Welch (late Linda); his spouse Babs; his daughter Jennifer; his grandchildren, Courtney and Ally; his adoptive parent Courtney; his siblings, Dwight Welch and Jill Welch; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Kapoun (Marianne) and Deborah Faillo (Robert). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends.
