He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Foell and Margaret Foell; and his brothers, J. David Foell (Virginia) and Richard Foell (Norma). He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Kristie Foell, Kimberly Schneider and Drew Foell (Leah); his grandchildren, Benjamin Foell, Luke Foell, Josie Foell and Hezekiah Schneider; his sister-in-law Carol Galloway (John); and his nieces and nephews, J. Eric, Janis, Julie, Joseph, Philip and Ruth Ann. He is also survived by family members and friends.
