He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Eggleston (Olds) of Adams, WI.; and his brother John Keith. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Eggleston of Adams, WI; his siblings, Vicki Jaquith (Jerry) of Friendship, WI, Angel Uphill (Phil) of Palmyra, WI, Helen Eggleston (Keith) of Whitewater, WI, Penny Kuhnke (Ridge) of Fort Atkinson, WI and Randy Eggleston of Whitewater, WI; and his close friend Jeremy Dean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
