He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Watkins and Barbara Watkins (Overman); and his wife BrendaLee Watkins (Myers). He is survived by: his children, Paul, Earl, Nathan, Richard (Michelle), Nichole (Gary), Felicia (Josh) and Nick; his grandchildren, Cinderae, Aaron, Kiana, Zac, Logan, Damian and Lillyanna; and his sister Elizabeth "Betty" Korn.
