She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cookson (Leona) and Leona Cookson (Neumeg); her husband Ralph Polzin; her son William Woeckener; and her sisters, Donna, Betty, Noreen and Virginia.
She is survived by: her children, John Woeckener (Viviane Deering), Patricia Schutte (Kevin) and Donna Zepka (Michael); her grandchildren, Jillian Schutte (Kyle Watson), Paul Zepka and Tony Zepka (Marsela Garduno); her great grandchildren, Adriana and Mathias; her siblings, John Cookson (Elsie), Barbara Liske (Wayne) and Joanne Liske (Dale); her sister-in-law Elaine Dembroski; and her close friends, Bill and Jeanie Conrad. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
