He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight "Jeff" Hughes and Elinor Hughes; and his granddaughter Emily Mae. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Hughes (Kuehn); his children, Jim Hughes, Sue Lemke (Jeff) and Amy (Paul Van Vleet); his grandchildren, Austin, Megan Hughes, Cam Wilkey (Jessica), Paul Lemke, Brooke Lemke, Jared Lemke, Nick Lemke, Lloyd and Lilly Van Vleet; his brother Jeff Hughes; his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Kuehn, John Albright and Harold Albright; and his mother-in-law Vera Albright.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (331 Pine St, Peshtigo, WI 54157). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
