She was predeceased by: her grandfather Henry Blahnik. She is survived by: her parents, Steve Meyers and Emma Meyers (Blahnik); her sister Claire Meyers (Bryan Veriha); her grandparents, Gerald, Pamela Meyers and Barbara Blahnik; her boyfriend Steve Swaitnicki; and her close friends, Alisha Jessel and Karli Cahill.
In Lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established. Grace's final act was to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
