He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Schroeder and Caroline Schroeder; his brother Sam (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, William Lindstrom (Sandy) and Anita Brager (Lyle).

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lindstrom; his daughter Nancy Schroeder (Lindstrom); his grandchildren, Chloe, Ethan, Avery, Ellison and Natessa; and his sister Betty Wieland. He is also survived by his wife, family and friends.
