He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hetrick and Loma Hetrick (Myers); his wife Mary Hetrick; and his brother Steven Hetrick. He is survived by: his sons, Bill Hetrick of Menomonie, WI and Raymond Hetrick (Tiffany) of Sun Prairie, WI; his grandchildren, Derek, Ariel, Alek, Jaxson, Gabriel, Lilly and Violet; his great grandchildren, Salem, Jason and Kiara; and his brothers, Thomas Hetrick (Darlene) of Gainesville, MO and Douglas Hetrick (Mary Jane) of Burbank, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
