He is survived by: his grandsons, Cameron and Jordan; his nephew Tom; his significant other Lori Ruechel; his son Joe Spakowicz (Michelle); his grandchildren, Alex Spakowicz (Yanica Gonzalez) and Jenna Spakowicz; his stepgrandchildren, Hanna Kline and Zachary Kline; his great grandchild Nicholas Spakowicz; his daughter Amy Tanjong (Tanyi); his grandson Noah Tanjong; his children, Annette Lepp (Eric) and Andy Spakowicz; and his siblings, Alvin Spakowitz (Rose), Alvina Michalski, Virginia (Harold), Becks and Dorothy Baxter (Mike). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
