He is survived by: his wife Phyllis LaVigne; his sons, Brian Wartick (Shawn Ashley), Cornell, Mich, Scott Wartick (Dawn), Beecher and Kevin Wartick (Kathy); his brothers, Carl Wartick (Jan), Thomas Wartick (Patrice) and Beecher; his grandchildren, Ryan, Nicole, Autumn, Josh, Alexa, Zachary and Payton; his great grandchild Alice; and his sister-in-law Ann Wartick.
