He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bublitz and Violet Bublitz (West); his son Michael Bublitz; and his granddaughter Josephine Bublitz. He is survived by: his wife Karen Matwij; his daughter Michelle Buelow (Matthew); his grandchildren, Megan Fitzgerald (Bryce) and Mason Buelow; and his brother Larry Bublitz (Lana).
