He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clark and Monica Clark (VanLanen). He is survived by: his wife Ann Delvaux; his sons, Matthew Clark (Eleasha) of Springdale and Michael Clark (Estelle) of Fall Creek; his grandchildren, Christopher, Amelia, Connor, Watson and Carter; his close friend Dan Swiecichowski of Phelps; and his parents-in-law, Marvin and Janice Delvaux of Green Bay, Wisconsin.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
