He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Allen and Joan Neumueller (Smithback); his stepfather Mel Neumueller; and his brother-in-law Tom Stone. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Cline; his children, Jaime Lisi (Greg) of Charlotte, NC, Daniel Allen (Nicole) of Kronenwetter and April Magee of Janesville; his grandchildren, Kayley, Caleb, Jacob, Ava, Keylin, Dominic and Nina; his siblings, Sigrid Champan (Mark Philibert) of Dallas, Kristina Stone of Janesville, Valerie Larson and Bradley Allen of Marshfield; and his cousin Don Ebbert (Sue) of Fort Atkinson.
