She is survived by: her husband John Slack; her daughters, Annelies White (Howard) of Altoona, WI and Gretchen Jackson (Cale) of Darlington, WI; her grandchild Reagan Jackson; her siblings, Eileen Max (Dell) of Crandon, WI, Elizabeth Hudson of Sedona, AZ and Russell Borgen (Jenny) of Denver, CO; and her sister-in-law Pauline Borgen of Rhinelander. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
