He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Mazier and Betty Mazier (Peksa). He is survived by: his wife Judy Petermair of Park Falls; his children, Daren Mazier (Christine) of Appleton and Connie Mazier of Rhinelander; his grandchildren, Matthew, Katrina, Anika and Emily; and his sister Gloria Zelhofer of Brown Deer.

In light of the Covid virus, the family has decided to only have a small private memorial service.
