He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Litwaitis and Helen Litwaitis (Ferenczy); and his wife Judy. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Litwaitis (Nikki) of Park Falls, Joe Litwaitis (Kristin) of Marshfield, Jerry Litwaitis (Crystal) of Hewit, Julie Kissinger of Park Falls and Jason Litwaitis (Becky) of Milwaukee; his grandchildren, Jordan, Ashley, Alexie, Jaden, Sierra, Sydney, Kiersten, Hannah, Hailey and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Anastaseya, Carter and Aubriella.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (276 S 5th Ave, Park Falls, WI 54552). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
