He is survived by: his parents, Dallas Dungan and Ola Dungan; his spouse Laura B. Tobias; and his children, Pam Wilcox (James), Mark Dungan (Judy), Elizabeth Bolt (Daniel) and Leslie Soken (Nelson). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tivoli or the North Scott Baptist Church.
