With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas Polkowske of Pardeeville, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 24, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Polkowske and Jean Polkowske; his brother John Polkowske; his brother-in-law Thomas Keene; his niece Kimberly Keene; and his nephew Michael Polkowske.
He is survived by: his wife Lynette Polkowske (Micki); his stepdaughters, Kimberly Schultz, Tammy Larson of Pardeeville, Lori Betts and Cheryl Jones; his siblings, David (Carol Polkowske), LeRoy (Jan Polkowske), Joe (Shirley Polkowske), Bob (Chris Polkowske) and Gail Keene of Trempealeu, WI.; and his friend Harold Barker. He is also survived by thirty-one nephews and nieces, and many great-grand nephews and nieces.
