It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice DeFord of Pardeeville, Wisconsin, born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on October 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Perkins and Jenny Perkins (Fargo); and her husband Thomas Sr. Per. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Walker of Pardeeville, Thomas A Deford, Jr. of Oakdale, CT, Diana Shallenberger of Pardeeville, Brian DeFord Sr. of Oakdale, CT, Fredrick DeFord of Uncasville, CT, Pamela Sue Hakley of Portage and Tammie Fuller (David) of North Franklin, CT; and her brother Fredrick Jr. Perkins (Eleanor) of Uncasville, CT.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
