He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Melby and L'Raen Melby (Brewer); and his parents-in-law, Henry F. Kluge and Judith Girling (Jim). He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Eastman (Kluge); his daughter Pamela Klappstein (Thomas); his granddaughter Jessica Leahy (Nick); his great grandchildren, Winston and Sophia Leahy; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Kluge (Margo), Richard Kluge (Sandra) and Sue Rogers (Randy). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pflanz Mendrala Funeral Home (430 W Wisconsin St, Portage, WI 53901). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
