He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kloostra and Mayme Kloostra (Smits); his wife Diana Kloostra; and his sister Sharyn Crook. He is survived by: his daughter Gina Burmania (Brian); his grandson Austin Mielke; his brother-in-law Rick Crook; his stepgrandchildren, Brittney (Jon), Brianna, Jordyn (Michael) and Ryan; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Palmer. He is also survived by cousins and numerous friends.
