She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Lucille Smith (Jerred); her daughter Linda Loomis; her daughter-in-law Jeanne Miller; her granddaughter Alyssa Loomis; and her siblings, Helen McCormick, Marilyn Amend, Charlotte Hunt and Harry Smith.

She is survived by: her sons, Chuck (Myrna Van Deursen) of Portage and Steve (Ginny) of Pardeeville; her son-in-law Gene Loomis (Peg) of Florida; her grandchildren, Chris Loomis, Shana Dumbleton (Kyle), Paul Miller, Andy Miller (Andrea Bolan), Emily Brainard (Max), Kaitlin Schumaker (Justin) and Jared Miller; and her siblings, Jeanette Sloggett (Rad), Jim Smith (Kay) and Dick Smith (Barb). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
