She is survived by: her children, Gary Radish (Julie), Katherine Teletzke (Russell) and Laura Hentrich (James); her grandchildren, Cassandra Radish, Caleb Radish, Samantha Teletzke, Shane Teletzke, Melissa Larson and James Hentrich Jr (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Savanna, Diamond Clason, Cheyton LaRush and Halona LaRush. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
