He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Cotter (Connie Wilhelmson) and Dawn Cotter (Rocca); his siblings, Brittney Cotter (Zachary Swimm) and Samuel Zach; and his grandfather James Wilhelmson. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
