He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dufek and Rita Dufek. He is survived by: his wife Christine Ann; his sons, Steven (Jordan) and Jeffrey Dufek (Elyse); his grandchildren, Maxwell, Evelyn, Logan and Layne Dufek; his brothers, Charles (Shelley), Michael, Brian (Diane Davis) and David Dufek; his brothers-in-law, Mark (Carole) and David Rajkovich (Lisa); and also, Penny, Bailey and Kevin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the ALS Association appreciated.
