He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Jean Ward; his children, Mike Hucker (Sarah) and Paige DeYoung; his stepchildren, Brian Ward (Colleen) and Rachel Ward-McAuliffe (Pete); and his siblings, Laure Hucker-Beisswanger, Wade Hucker (Christine), Kurt Hucker (Sheri) and Wendy Marquardt (Todd). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
