He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Willkomm and Bernice Willkomm (Pugh); and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Willkomm. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Spillner (Justus) of Montello; his grandchildren, Nicole Spillner and Justus Chase Spillner (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Justus Caleb and Lillian; and his brother Allen of Packwaukee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
