He was predeceased by: his parents, John Folstrom and Mabel Folstrom (Janke); and his daughters, Lori Lueck and Peggy Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Donna Verwey; and his children, Theresa Folstrom (Nancy), William, Richard (Tina), Lisa Hackbart (Rod) and Heidi Galbraith (Butch). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
