She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Lasinski and Helena Lasinski; her husband Julian Zak; and her brother Matt Lassen. She is survived by: her children, Jolanta Serafin (John) and Ronald Zak (Nancy); her grandchildren, Gregory Serafin (William Orton), Jeff Serafin (Heather), Michelle Derse (Bob), Jamie Symons (Matthew), Jillian Chandler (Brian) and Jenna Jones (Jeff); her sister-in-law Adela Lassen; and her nieces, Christine Bertrand (Richard) and Karen Wecker (Jeff). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
