He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore Samsel and Grace Samsel (Flege); his son Arlan (Cooter); his siblings, Sam and Carol; his daughters, Teressa Carlton (Mike) of Oxford, Star Nelson (Russ) of Hurley and Tammy Meer of Reedsburg; his grandchildren, Mike Carlton (Naomi) of Oxford, Bethany Spaw (Adam) of Friendship, Kristen Peckoff of Denver, CO, Autumn Peckoff of Rhinelander, Katrina Afteni (Victor) of Reedsburg, Dillon Meer of Reedsburg, Thomas Goodyear of Reedsburg and Jamie Goodyear of LaValle; and his sister Mary. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other family & friends.
