He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Procknow and Shirley Procknow (Ellinger); and his nephew Field. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah of Wisconsin Dells; his brothers, Gary (Riri) and Dean; and his nieces and nephews, Adam Livingston (Brooke), Nichole Klump (Cameron), Cassidy and Cade. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Terry's memory are preferred to the family to fight children's cancer.
