Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rosemary Russell of Oxford, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 89, on December 30, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Miller and Isabella Miller (Smith); her siblings, Dale Miller, Delores Ingraham (Wallace) and Dorothy Lamphear (Floyd "Buck"); and her sister-in-law Jeanette Miller.
She is survived by: her sister Wanda (Robert). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the family for a memorial that will be established in Rosemary's name.
