He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Baek and Adeline Baek (Gierut); his son Kevin; his granddaughter Brittany; his brother Jerry; and his mother-in-law Lucille Mrofchak.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, John (Dawn) of Packwaukee and Tennille Baek of Montello; his grandchildren, Sabrina, Josh, Lexi (Warren), Lucas, Miranda and Waylon; his great grandchild Jase; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Baek and Pam Klingbeil; and his cousin Gloria Allen (John).
