He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Betty Mucha Sr. and Lawrence Bart; his sister Nicole Rivette; his uncle Richard J. Mucha Jr.; his nephew Max Strike; and his cousins, Bane McClimans and Matthew Wendlandt.
He is survived by: his mother Michelle Bart (Michael); his children, Ashton Shane Bart and Brecken John Mullikin; his father Frank Bart Sr. (Carrie); and his siblings, Richard Mucha-Bart (Alyssa), Maliah Jade Rivette, Nicole Gall, Daniel Gall (Megan), Paul Gall (Kelly), Dusten Strike (Ashley), Anthony Bart (Maria), Natashia Parham, Makeshia Brown and Alieshia Leffler (Jese). He is also survived by his family, friends.
