She was predeceased by: her parents, John Verwey and Marie Verwey; her husband Bill Folstrom; her daughters, Lori Lueck and Peggy Thompson; and her great grandchild Peyton Holland.

She is survived by: her children, Theresa Folstrom (Nancy), William, Richard (Tina), Lisa Hackbart (Rod) and Heidi Galbraith (Butch). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
