He was predeceased by: his wife Norma MacKenzie (Nelson); his sister Anna Wampler (Edwin); and his nephew Preston Wampler. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert (Eleanor) of Oxford and John of Oxford; his stepchildren, George "Skitch" MacKenzie (Donna) of Madison, William MacKenzie (Jan Anderson) of Oshkosh and Georgia MacKenzie-Edge (David) of Oxford; and his brother-in-law Harry "Sonny" Nemitz (Sharon) of Oxford. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
