He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Potocnik and Ethel Potocnik (Moreau); his wife Gloria Brehm; and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his children, Sue Potocnik of Madison, Tony Potocnik of Curtiss and Jenn Canino (Kit) of Sherwood; his grandchildren, Allison Potocnik, Samantha Potocnik, Abbi Potocnik, Frank Canino and Mira Canino; and his siblings, Donna Skutak (Bill) of Mosinee, Dennis Potocnik of Medford and Arlin (Duila). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
