He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Henry and Martha Briesch (Unruh); his wife Glenda Merle Penner; and his siblings, Doris, Maybell, Harriet, Nadine and Walter.
He is survived by: his sons, Arthur Briesch (Sheila) of Edmond and David Briesch; and his brother Edgar Lee Briesch (Donna) of San Leandro, California. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
