She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollin Annis and Kathryn Annis (Yoder); her husband Orville Neibacher of Saviours' Lutheran Church; her children, Denise Neibacher, Douglas Neibacher and Debbie Loney; and her siblings, Barbara Hamm and Donald "Bud" Annis.

She is survived by: her grandson Drew Loney (Jennifer Barr); and her siblings, Alice Annis and Norman Annis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
