He is survived by: his wife Marie; his siblings, Russel 'Russ' Johnson (Becky), Michael 'Mike' Johnson (Christie), Mary Johnson and Faith Kresser (Derek); and his nieces and nephews, Kevin Johnson, Brady Johnson, David Lee Heath, Christopher Halvorson, Ryan Johnson, Chad Johnson, Cody Frank, Christopher Kresser, Dawn Halvorson and Jennifer Halvorson.
