With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marjorie Jeanette Thompson of Osseo, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 16, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gilbert and Rubena Gilbert (Henry); her husband Earl Ernest Thompson; her son Paul; her grandchildren, Teresa Dimmitt and Danny Runkel; her parents-in-law, Betsy Ellwood and Lewis Thompson; and her siblings, Goldie (Ken Peterson), Pansy (George Crawford), Bob (Arlene Gilbert), Mike (Phyllis Gilbert) and Richard Gilbert.

She is survived by: her children, Pat Dimmitt (Bill) of Osseo, Buzz Thompson of Osseo, Jackie Runkel (Dan) of Arizona, Gary Thompson (Jan) of Wittenberg, WI and Rocky Thompson (Ellen) of Osseo; her sister Joyce Kolden; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Ellwood, June Holstein and Lorraine Christianson. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
